Best Christmas Chocolate Gifts for 2026, With Order-By Dates

The dates first
- December 15 is the last day to order with standard shipping.
- December 21 is the last day for Express Saver.
- December 22 is the last day for Overnight.
- December 11 is the last day to order a business gift with your logo on the tag.

Small gifts, under $40
These are the boxes for a host, a teacher, a neighbor, or the person who always brings something to your door.
- Holiday Ladybugs 9pc, $35.95. Nine hand-painted dark chocolate ladybugs, red ones filled with raspberry ganache and green ones with garden mint. One customer opened a box on Christmas Eve: "I finally found a chocolate that tastes like real fresh mint leaves. The raspberry tartness was also a big favorite. My six-year-old niece loved the presentation of the colorful ladybugs." Also in a 16-piece box at $52.95, a 5-piece at $16.95, and a 3-piece at $11.
- Caramel & Praline Holiday Ladybugs 9pc, $35.95. The same ladybugs with different fillings: the red ones hold an almond and hazelnut milk chocolate praline, the green ones a lightly spiced holiday caramel.
- Winter Forest Trio 9pc, $35.95. Three pieces, three fillings: a hazelnut-almond praline under a snow-capped peak, a white chocolate mint ganache in a snowflake, and a vanilla-touched dark chocolate ganache in a starry night. Each is in a 62% Valrhona dark chocolate shell. Also in a 16-piece box at $52.95.
- Praline Snowflakes 9pc, $35.95. Three each of pistachio, pecan, and hazelnut praline, molded in dark chocolate and painted with snowflakes. "This holiday season I gave my husband a box of the snowflakes which were outstanding," one customer wrote.
- Holiday Marshmallow Heaven, $38.95. Twelve pieces of our handmade marshmallow in dark chocolate: three with mint ganache, three with raspberry ganache, three with caramel, and three plain, each topped with a chocolate-drizzled graham cracker.
- Marshmallow Melting Ornaments, $36.95. Four dark chocolate ornaments, each wrapped around a chunk of marshmallow and a ganache center. Drop one into hot milk and stir. They're our version of a hot chocolate bomb, and the box is the one gift here that children get to make something with.
- Fruit Squares 15pc - Very Merry Christmas, $38.95. No chocolate at all: strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, apricot, kiwi, and pineapple pâte de fruit, with a letterpress Merry Christmas tag. "A family favorite treat for the Holidays!" a customer told us.
- Hearts & Wildflowers 9pc, $35.95. A red heart with a 40% milk chocolate ganache and a wildflower with a 66% dark chocolate ganache, for someone who likes both.

- Every Flavor Chocolates 28pc - Very Merry Christmas, $62. Our ganache squares in all ten flavors, in a box with a Merry Christmas tag. The same box with a Happiest of Holidays tag is $62 too, and the 56-piece Very Merry Christmas box is $98.95. A tower is two or three of our boxes stacked and tied with one ribbon, so one gift holds several kinds of chocolate. These are the Christmas ones.

Order early, or order late
Our chocolates have no preservatives, so the question we hear in early December is whether a box ordered now will keep until Christmas. The bees keep the longest: 8 weeks at room temperature. The fruit squares, wrapped and refrigerated, keep up to 3 months. The ganache pieces, which make up most of this list (the ladybugs, the Winter Forest Trio, and the Every Flavor squares), are at their best for 10 days at room temperature or 5 weeks in the refrigerator.
Still time
After December 15, standard shipping is over, but we keep taking orders until Christmas. Express Saver runs through December 21 and Overnight through December 22. One customer found us during their "(typical) last minute online holiday shopping" and wrote: "I was impressed with how quickly my order arrived." Another ordered ladybugs and bees for a friend a couple of weeks before Christmas: "Delivery was fast and they arrived in perfect shape."

When is the last day to order chocolate for Christmas delivery?
December 15 for standard shipping. After that, Express Saver until December 21 and Overnight until December 22.
Will the chocolates keep until Christmas if I order early?
Bees keep for 8 weeks at room temperature, and fruit squares for 3 months in the refrigerator. Ganache pieces, including the ladybugs and the Every Flavor box, are best within 10 days at room temperature or 5 weeks refrigerated, so refrigerate an early order.
Can I send boxes to several people on one order?
Yes. Each box goes to its own address with its own message. Shipping is a flat $15.95 or $19.95 per address, and the rate doesn't change based on what's inside.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Write up to 200 characters, and we print it on a card that travels with the box. There's no charge.
