Return Policy:

We'd like to ensure that you have the best possible customer experience and ensure your satisfaction with our products! Please contact us immediately (or within 15 days of arrival) if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your chocolates or any other aspect of your ordering process.

We are unable to accept returns after our perishable chocolates leave our kitchen, but we may have refund/reshipment options available depending on the nature of your problem.

Please Note - Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only for correctly addressed orders, as we cannot account for orders addressed to an out of date, incorrect, or incomplete address. If an order is lost or damaged due to an incorrect address, we can offer a 20% discount on the cost of a new order to the correct address.


Order Cancellations:

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We are happy to cancel, refund, or modify any orders before they are fulfilled, but we cannot offer returns, modifications, or cancellations on orders that have already shipped.

If you receive a fulfillment email for an order that is about to leave our kitchen, please contact us immediately with any problems or concerns. Our fulfillment emails are generated at the time the packing slip is printed for final packaging, so there may only be a couple of hours between this email and when the order is already en route with UPS.


Melted Chocolate:

Please open your package on the day it arrives. We take care to check the weather at the destination address for every package we ship, and add complimentary icepacks as needed. If your chocolate arrives melted due to hot weather, we will replace it. Please contact us immediately with a detailed description and photographs of the melted item(s), and we'll assist you with a reshipment of the damaged items.

Limitations may apply - Our replacement and reshipment options may be limited or unavailable if a package is not retrieved on the day it arrives, if a package is delayed due to incorrect address information, or if you have called to request a slower shipping service than recommended when we have restricted shipping to 2-Day Express or Express Overnight due to extreme heat.


Incorrect Addresses:

Although we guarantee that orders will arrive in excellent condition within the selected delivery time frame, our guarantees can only be as successful as the address information you provide. We cannot guarantee the condition of a package if UPS reroutes, delays, or returns a package due to incorrect address information.

Please verify that the address you enter at checkout is correct, up to date, free of typos or errors, and that it includes any relevant apartment, unit or suite numbers. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to update an address. We are typically able to correct addresses before the package leaves our warehouse with no additional charge, but there are limited options to reroute a package after it is picked up by UPS. Address corrections with UPS incur additional fees, and the extended transit time caused by the reroute may affect the quality of the chocolates upon arrival.
