Lemon-Vanilla - Filled with the same lemon ganache featured in our best-selling Chocolatier's Collection, this piece offers a transcendently creamy and sweet fresh lemon flavor. Paired with dark chocolate for this collection, the tangy taste of lemon is nicely complemented by the added depth of richer cacao flavor.

Orange-Cointreau - One of our favorites from the Enchanted Garden Trio, this piece absolutely glows with the flavor of fresh orange juice and a splash of Cointreau. Smooth and tangy with an ever-so-slightly spirited kick from the orange liqueur, this chocolate and orange combination has a timelessly classic flavor hidden within its brightly painted dark chocolate shell.

Lime-Coconut - Not featured in any of our other collections, this flavor features freshly zested lime, pureed coconut, and creamy white chocolate blended together to create a not-too-sweet, delightfully dense ganache with the perfect touch of balanced tartness.

SHELF LIFE — Items containing ganache are best enjoyed within 10 days when stored at room temperature, or may be stored for up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator.

I'm not typically a fruit-with-chocolate sort of person unless that's my only option. That said, I'd tried the Chocolatier's Collection and found the lemon pieces to be fantastic. The lemon was so refreshing and genuine in flavor. By phone one day I was advised by a member of the John & Kira staff to consider trying the citrus box as it had the lemon pieces from the Chocolatier's Collection plus two other citrus flavors. I considered that option, but I didn't order them initially because--as I stated before--those flavors aren't normally my preference. Well, while buying some boxes as gifts recently, I decided to risk trying a box of the citrus morsels. They're great! They're a really smooth, lightly tangy complement to the other chocolates that have more cocoa in them. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is on the fence about them. And if you're someone who loves lemon desserts, you really need to try the lemon pieces either in this collection or the Chocolatier's Collection. I think you'll be happy you did.
