Manjari Muscovado - A rich, 64% dark chocolate ganache, featuring fruity, single-origin Manjari chocolate from Madagascar and unrefined muscovado sugar from the island of Mauritius. This is the same 64% dark chocolate featured in our Dark Chocolate Ladybugs, showcasing its silkier side in this lusciously enrobed ganache square, set off by the crunch and toffee-like sweetness of the muscovado sugar on top.
Cappuccino - Inspired by the classic coffee drink, this carefully hand-filled piece features a layer of white chocolate ganache atop a layer of milk chocolate & espresso ganache within each molded milk chocolate shell. The bold full flavor of espresso, mellowed by the mix of milk and white chocolates, shines through remarkably in this piece, a mocha lovers dream!
Lemon Vanilla - Bright and fresh, with light and tangy lemon and Tahitian vanilla bean white chocolate ganache encased in a white chocolate shell. Our lemon vanilla is custard-smooth, readily reminiscent of lemon-meringue pie, and a remarkably refreshing complement alongside the deeper flavors of darker chocolate ganache.
Milk & Cookies - To make this bite-sized take on a delicious treat, we crumble pieces of crunchy cacao nib cookies into each molded milk chocolate shell, smother them in mild and creamy milk chocolate ganache, and drizzle each finished piece with a quickly-piped criss-cross of dark chocolate. Our nod to nostalgia, this classic combination offers a tantalizing touch of texture in each bite.
Guanaja - Lastly, we finish our collection with a history lesson in flavor with Guanaja ganache. This decadent square showcases Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate, the deeply robust and bittersweet blend Valrhona developed in 1986 as the first ultra-dark chocolate of its time. Guanaja set the bar for dark chocolate - spectacularly rich and warmly intense, without the tangy acidity of Manjari, this unadorned square of ganache is the perfect piece to round out the finished collection.
