Chef Angela's newest creation, nearly a year in the making— Nine bite-sized confections inspired by the indulgent finish to meals enjoyed at a favorite French restaurant.

Each hand-painted 62% dark chocolate shell features a filling assembled in layers to resemble a perfectly portioned miniature crème brûlée. We begin with a layer of velvety toasted caramel, created by cooking the sugar nearly to the point of becoming burnt, and then add crushed cacao nibs to capture both the lingering flavor and unique crunch at the top of crème brûlée. Beneath this, a layer of silky smooth Tahitian vanilla bean ganache finishes each piece, carefully crafted to achieve the creamy texture of fresh custard.

SHELF LIFE — Items containing ganache are best enjoyed within 10 days when stored at room temperature, or may be stored for up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator.

CREME BRULEE INGREDIENTS — 35% White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Heavy Cream, Heavy Cream, Glucose, Butter, Raw Sugar, Colored Cocoa Butter (cocoa butter, one or more of the following FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, mica and/or titanium dioxide), Cocoa Nibs, Salt, Tahitian Vanilla Bean.

CONTAINS — MILK. Made on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg protein.
*May contain SOY - as we switch from using chocolate made with Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier to Sunflower Lecithin, individual boxes may list soy as an ingredient depending on the production batch.

The creme brulee chocolates are absolutely superb. They taste and feel like a creme brulee--my favorite dessert.
