This magical forest scene comes beautifully presented in a purple boutique gift box with a letter-pressed gift tag.

ENCHANTED FOREST INGREDIENTS — 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 40% Milk Chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract), Heavy Cream, Sugar, Butter, Colored Cocoa Butter (cocoa butter, one or more of the following FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, mica and/or titanium dioxide), Clover Honey, Heavy Cream, Glucose, Fresh Mint, Organic White Tea with Rose, Sea Salt.

Truly Enchanted Me!

I am a teacher at a forest kindergarten in Connecticut and these were gifted to me by my dear friend and colleague. Of course, they were the perfect gift for one who works around mushrooms, flowers and bugs all day! I have been chasing the best chocolate across Europe and the U.S. for years and these absolutely charmed me not only with their beautiful presentation but with their luscious taste. Move over Joel Durand; I have a new love!! I am already making my list for Valentine's Day.

I got these as a birthday gift today in the mail. OMG I've never seen anything so pretty. I want to eat them but I want to save them I've been taking pictures and sending them to everybody including the lovely person who sent them to me. This box of Enchanted Forest Chocolates is just that !! From the Whimsical little mushrooms all the way to the little butterflies!! The flavor is amazing!! The Caramel , Mint, and tea ganaches are so creamy, ; leaving you for want more!!

I first received these as a gift and realized I NEVER had chocolates this good. And I love chocolate. Seriously. Never. This. Good.
The flavors are different. But so incredible. Since then I've given as gifts (it's hard not to hog them to myself.) and one friend said she was about to share them with others when she took a bite and ran back in her office and locked them in a drawer! Ate them all in 3 days.
Really the most amazing chocolate ever.

It took me a few slow bites to adjust to the fresh mint and white tea ganache flavors, but once I'd adjusted, I fell in love. I've already ordered two boxes since December. I feel like I'm indulging in a special treat when I have one. I look forward to enjoying more and sharing their quality with others.
