Not chewy like a store bought caramel, our Chocolate Honey Caramel Bees have a liquid caramel center and a clear, caramelized honey taste. This unique flavor comes naturally from the fragrant clover honey we use, supplied by the Draper Family Apiaries in Millerton, PA. Once filled, each of the sixteen bees is carefully painted by hand with a paper-thin layer of yellow and black cocoa butter. Guaranteed to please the palate just as much as the eye.

SHELF LIFE — Our caramels are best enjoyed within 8 weeks at room temperature.

HONEY CARAMEL BEES INGREDIENTS — 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Sugar, Clover Honey, Heavy Cream, Butter, Colored Cocoa Butter (cocoa butter, one or more of the following FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, mica and/or titanium dioxide), Sea Salt.

CONTAINS — MILK. Made on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg protein.
*May contain SOY - as we switch from using chocolate made with Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier to Sunflower Lecithin, individual boxes may list soy as an ingredient depending on the production batch.

The adorable honey caramel filed bees are little, yummy works of art...almost too precious to eat! Pricey? Yes. but you can taste the refined quality. This is chocolate to be savored, not scarfed! I'm addicted. Kudos.
Amazing little bees

My associate shared a bee with me...actually she had to force me to try it because I'm not a huge fan of sweets. WOW! They're beautifully made, cute, interesting packaging. They're little bites of perfection. Now I want to try the figs!
Found my new obsession

Got a 16pc box of these as a gift, and tried my first one tonight. It was as delicious as it was adorable. Incredibly unique and supremely decadent. I love the intense honey flavor. Googled them immediately to find out more about the company/team behind such a fantastic chocolate. Sure glad I did because although the price makes sense given how amazing they are, I now know they are a delicacy to be savored, not absentmindedly popped in my mouth! Will now be my go-to for special occasions.

I normally like to pick up some of these bees when J&K is out at the farmer's market. These, in particular, are some of the most tasty chocolates I've had. A lot of chocolates with fillings don't have that creamy filling you're looking for, but these definitely do. When you bite in, the honey caramel filling oozes out and mixes with the chocolate, and it is probably one of the best chocolates I've had. Hands down.

I had originally purchased these beautiful looking chocolates for my teen daughters for Easter. I decided my daughters would not appreciate these designer chocolates with honey, so my co-worker and I enjoyed them! Oh My Lord! I like chocolate & caramel fine but it's not always my first choice. I also am okay with honey. The combination of these 3 together are Amazing. Honey makes the caramel so smooth and the chocolate is the bow on top! Next time I need a special gift. I'm going to look to John & Kira's !!!
