We started making these Eggs in the exciting and feverish days of early 2018 - Partly out of civic pride, partly to bring to the farmer's market each weekend... and partly just so we'd all have something sweet to bring along to watch the game! Needless to say, with a unique blended chocolate-caramel filling, they're just too good not to share....

Each green-speckled dark chocolate shell is filled with a uniquely creamy caramel made with Valrhona Dulcey 32% toasted blond chocolate. Reminiscent of dulce de leche, with a toastier flavor, this blend of chocolate and caramel has a texture in-between our gooey Honey Caramel Bees and our velvety Salted-Light Caramel.

Painted in glittering shades of green colored cocoa butter and boxed in sets of five, each piece is a bite-sized taste of victory, with just a touch of that feeling that you should scale City Hall to celebrate...

SHELF LIFE — Our caramels are best enjoyed within 8 weeks at room temperature.

BIRD EGGS INGREDIENTS — Heavy Cream, 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Sugar, 32% White Chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, dried skim milk, whey, butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), Glucose, Butter, Salt, Colored Cocoa Butter (cocoa butter, one or more of the following FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, mica and/or titanium dioxide), Tahitian Vanilla Bean.

CONTAINS — MILK. Made on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg protein.
*May contain SOY - as we switch from using chocolate made with Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier to Sunflower Lecithin, individual boxes may list soy as an ingredient depending on the production batch.
