Our Holly Jolly assortment features three festive flavors -- Toasted White Chocolate Ganache, Malted Milk Chocolate, and rich Dark Peppermint Mocha. Each is encased in our classic 62% dark chocolate shells, then finished meticulously with adorable hand-painted designs - A snowman, a holly leaf, and a blizzard of flurries - each light, bright blue and as cute as can be!
Underneath this sweet six piece, this tower also features a 15pc box of our signature best selling favorite, the Every Flavor Collection. To make our signature ganache chocolates, we infuse real herbs and spices into fresh cream, such as just picked garden mint or fresh young ginger from the island of Molokai in Hawaii. The infused cream is then heated and poured over amazingly complex Valrhona milk or dark chocolate and mixed until a super creamy ganache is achieved. The ganache is then poured into a frame, allowed to set for 48 hours, and cut into one and a quarter inch squares. Finally, each delicate square is enrobed in a thin layer of 62% dark Valrhona chocolate and marked by hand with a fork.
