Care Instructions
When refrigerated, our hand crafted chocolates are best if enjoyed within 1 month, however care varies from item to item:
Product Care for our Chocolates (Ganache-Filled Ladybugs, Chocolate Squares, Figs, Cherries, Pumpkins, Truffles, Apricots, and Fruit Squares):
The majority of our products have a shelf life of 10 days when kept in a cool dry place (ideally 67 - 69 degrees Fahrenheit). "Shelf life" refers to the length of time the product will remain fresh after you receive it. Alternatively, our chocolates can be stored in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy for up to 4 weeks. It is best to wrap each box in several layers of plastic wrap before refrigerating to lock out moisture and odors. For the best tasting experience, bring chocolates to room temperature before indulging.
Other Products
The following products have different care instructions: Store them at room temperature (ideally 67-69 degrees Fahrenheit):
Caramel Bees - 2 months (Must be in a cool dry place, otherwise refrigerate.)
Toffee - 2 months (Unopened in a cool, dry place. Consume within 2 weeks once opened or keep in sealed container for a month.)
Urban Garden Bars - 6 months
Bunnies - 6 months
Remember, our chocolates taste best at room temperature so please allow them to sit out for a few hours before gifting (or devouring).
