Similar to a mint meltaway, our Pinwheels are filled with dark chocolate peppermint ganache and hand-painted with red and white stripes to resemble festive peppermint swirls. Unlike many of our ganache items, these Peppermint Pinwheels are made with a touch of coconut in place of the usual cream, creating a deliciously rich, spectacularly dense dark chocolate ganache that is not only shelf stable, but also made without dairy!
Ingredients and Care

SHELF LIFE — Pralines and items made with nuts are best enjoyed within 6 weeks at room temperature.

PEPPERMINT PINWHEELS INGREDIENTS — 70% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Coconut Puree (coconut milk, invert sugar), Cocoa Butter, Colored Cocoa Butter (cocoa butter, one or more of the following FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, mica and/or titanium dioxide), Invert Sugar, Peppermint Extract.

CONTAINS — TREE NUTS - COCONUT. Made on shared equipment with milk, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg protein.
*May contain SOY - as we switch from using chocolate made with Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier to Sunflower Lecithin, individual boxes may list soy as an ingredient depending on the production batch.
