Our limited edition collaboration with Herman's Cafe and Coffee Roaster in Pennsport, featuring a carefully selected blend of beans that was roasted to perfection just for John & Kira's!
Our deeply flavorful coffee caramel, blended with 80% dark chocolate, has an enticingly bittersweet and flowing liquid caramel center inside each dark chocolate shell. Complex, with a hint of acidity - the first sip of black coffee, just before sunrise. Its partner, a chocolate praline, features Valrhona 35% milk chocolate and hazelnut, blended with fresh coffee. Densely delicious and sweetly smooth - a mid-afternoon hazelnut mocha, or coffee with dessert.
Each piece in this red and white duo of coffee-filled confections is striped with hand-piped accents, a nod to Herman's iconic chair.
