With a trio of tangy variety, each flavor in this collection features a different fresh citrus fruit paired with creamy white chocolate and either vanilla, almond, or coconut for a delicately balanced, lightly nutty and delightfully zesty flavor.

This collection begins with our Lemon Vanilla Ganache - a flavor dreamt up for our Chocolatier's Collection - which pairs bright lemon ganache with just a touch of vanilla. Alongside it, two new flavors get a chance to shine, each molded in white chocolate and offset with a layer of 62% dark chocolate at the base - Lime Coconut and Blood Orange Almond.

The white chocolate that encases each flavor in this trio is a Republica del Cacao single-origin Ecuadorian 31% white chocolate. With cacao and sugar cane grown in Ecuador, this unique white chocolate gets its creamy and flavorful depth from fresh milk from the small farming community of Turucucho in the Ecuadorian Andes.
