Our Winter Forest Tower is a great winter sampler that include our 10 signature flavors found in the 15-piece Every Flavor Box and 6 of our Winter Forest Trio chocolates.
The trio includes a crunchy hazelnut-almond praline, a refreshing white chocolate mint ganache, and a rich dark chocolate ganache touched with a hint of vanilla. All are enrobed in a 62% Valrhona dark chocolate shell.
To make our Every Flavor chocolates, we infuse real herbs and spices into fresh cream, such as just picked garden mint or fresh young ginger from the island of Molokai in Hawaii. The infused cream is then heated and poured over amazingly complex Valrhona milk or dark chocolate and mixed until a super creamy ganache is achieved. The ganache is then poured into a frame, allowed to set for 48 hours, and cut into squares. Finally, each delicate square is enrobed in a thin layer of 62% dark Valrhona chocolate and marked by hand with a fork.
