Our Sweet Petite Tower is the perfect way to enjoy 6 of our Fruit Squares and 15 Caramels!
Our 6-piece fruit square assortment highlights strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, apricots, pineapple and kiwi. To make them, we heat pure fruit puree to a high temperature, mix in sugar and pectin in small amounts, then slowly cook the mixture until it arrives at just the right consistency. They are as fresh as can be and better than any French pate de fruits we have found!
At the base of this gift tower, we also include a 15 piece box of Caramels, featuring our Deeply Dark caramels topped with fair trade cocoa nibs and our Lightly Salted caramels topped with Celtic sea salt.
