The Peanut Butter Trio contains a sophisticated take on a childhood classic... four rich, crunchy peanut butter praline squares sprinkled with sea salt, four squares of peanut butter praline layered over raspberry pâte de fruit, and four squares of delicate marshmallow topped with peanut butter praline. All twelve pieces are enrobed in luscious dark chocolate.
To make our Tortoises, we took Aesop's Fable "The Tortoise and The Hare" to heart when we were creating these confections. Making the caramel we use in our variation of the classic "turtle" is definitely a slow and steady artisanal process, but we think it makes all the difference. The set of twelve features six Maple Pecan and six Cinnamon Cashew Tortoises.
The perfect comfort food, our Pistachio Toffee and our Almond Toffee is hand-mixed in small batches and crafted to be both decadent and delicious. We begin with real butter and sugar, stir in toasted nuts, and then top it with 62% Valrhona dark chocolate. Pistachios from Eagle Ranch Pistachio Groves in south-central New Mexico are definitely some of the best on earth!
