We infuse fresh cream with aromatic coffee from Philadelphia's La Colombe Roasters, pour it over sumptuous Valrhona chocolate, then add a dash of whiskey to create this awakening flavor!
The ganache is poured into a frame, allowed to set for 48 hours, and cut into squares, after which each rich and decadent piece is enrobed in a thin layer of 62% dark Valrhona chocolate and marked by hand with a fork.
