This set of nine Ladybug Chocolates arrives beautifully packaged in a red boutique box. To make them, we hand-paint 62% Dark chocolate shells filled with colored cocoa butter, each one unique, and fill them with a delectable almond and hazelnut praline filling.
Ingredients and Care

SHELF LIFE — Pralines and items made with nuts are best enjoyed within 6 weeks at room temperature.

PRALINE LADYBUGS INGREDIENTS — Almond & Hazelnut Praline (sugar, hazelnuts, almonds, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 40% Milk Chocolate (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract), Colored Cocoa Butter (cocoa butter, one or more of the following FD&C lakes or dyes: Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, mica and/or titanium dioxide), Sunflower Lecithin.

CONTAINS — MILK AND TREE NUTS - ALMONDS AND HAZELNUTS. Made on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg protein.
*May contain SOY - as we switch from using chocolate made with Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier to Sunflower Lecithin, individual boxes may list soy as an ingredient depending on the production batch.

As with EVERYTHING John & Kira make, these are AMAZING!. I bought these as gifts and the recipients went crazy for them. You won't go wrong with these, or anything else for that matter - go crazy you'll LOVE whatever you get!!!!
