SHELF LIFE — Items containing ganache are best enjoyed within 10 days when stored at room temperature, or may be stored for up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator. Our Fruit Squares are sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature. To ensure their quality, they are best stored wrapped in plastic and refrigerated, and can last for up to 3 months.
