Milk Chocolate Bourbon Ganache features single-origin 40% milk chocolate from Ecuador, made with milk that has been slowly and naturally caramelized to create a warm and complex toasted caramel flavor that differentiates it from other chocolates. Paired with an ample splash of bourbon, the resulting flavor is deep, oaky, and quite unlike a typical milk chocolate ganache.
We shape each cigar by hand, then enrobe it in a layer of of 62% dark chocolate and a light dusting of cocoa power before wrapping each one in foil and adding a cacao pod themed cigar band to indicate flavor.
