    CARAMELS INGREDIENTS — Heavy Cream, Sugar, 62% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 80% Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 30% White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, dried skim milk, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), Glucose, Organic Cocoa Butter, Sea Salt, Cacao Nibs.

    CONTAINS — MILK. Made on shared equipment with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg protein.
    *May contain SOY - as we switch from using chocolate made with Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier to Sunflower Lecithin, individual boxes may list soy as an ingredient depending on the production batch.

I got these and the caramel bees for my mom on Mother's Day -- she loved both. The caramel in these is a bit more dense, unlike the runny caramel in the bees, which are more of a chocolate shell. The additional of the salt is incredible, and totally hit the spot. Well done, John& Kira's!
