All gifts are shipped from our chocolatier kitchens in Philadelphia via Federal Express or United Parcel Service. Orders placed by 11am EST can be shipped the same day (excluding weekends, Fridays and holidays). Customers may choose from Overnight, 2nd Day and Standard delivery. You can also specify the day you would like the chocolates to arrive. Please note that we generally ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and prefer not to ship over the weekend.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At the moment our software does not support shipping to multiple addresses. Please add one gift to your cart, enter your billing and shipping information, and submit the order. To send another gift, click continue shopping, add another gift to your cart, and all of your information will appear from the last transaction. Simply change the shipping address submit the order.
Can I pick the flavors I want in a box ?
Our most popular boxes contain an assortment of all ten of our signature flavors. If you would like to customize your box, you can select an As You Like It Box and pick your two or four favorite flavors to be packed together. If you only want one flavor, select one of our One Flavor boxes.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards.
How can I check the status of an order online?
If you provide your email address when placing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check the status online 24 hours after the order was placed.

What shipping options are available?
Customers may choose from overnight, 2nd day and standard delivery (up to 5 business days). You can also specify the day you would like the chocolates to arrive. Please note that we generally ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and prefer not to ship over the weekend.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Our shipping charges are based upon the order total.
Is there a shipping guarantee?
We guarantee that your gift will arrive in perfect condition and that it will delight the gift recipient. However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Currently orders can only be shipped within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Can orders be shipped to an APO/FPO address?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
Can I place an order from a foreign country?
To place an order from a foreign country for delivery in the US please call us at (215) 324-9222.
Will you hold the order and ship it at a later date?
Yes. Before adding an item to your shopping cart, the webstore will prompt you for a delivery date. We will ship the chocolates to arrive on or near that delivery date.

Is the credit card information I submit secure?
Absolutely. Every step of the John & Kira's online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.
What is the credit card verification number?
This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa and Mastercard, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.
Will John & Kira's sell or rent my email address information to other companies?
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc. From time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities who we deem trustworthy and whose privacy policies are consistent with ours.
