Our Enchanted Garden Trio arrives nestled in a 9pc gift box. Included are three Chocolate Cherries, three Chocolate Oranges, and three Magic Chocolate Apples. For the Cherries we have paired a naturally dried, deep-red tart cherry with a decadent 66% Valrhona dark chocolate ganache that has been spiked with a hint of brandy. The Magic Apples feature an apple cider inspired ganache flavored with a touch of cinnamon, a dash of cardamom and a splash of apple brandy. The Chocolate Oranges highlight a white chocolate ganache delicately infused with orange rind and mixed with a touch of orange juice. Each unique piece is meticulously colored by hand.

TART CHERRIES FROM KING ORCHARDS
King Orchards is a first generation family farm with 130 acres of tart pie cherries among their offerings. John and Betsy, Jim and Rose and the King children make up the family. The orchard is on the highest ground in Antrim County near rolling hills that allow good cold air drainage preventing frost damage. Proximity to Lake Michigan's Grand Traverse Bay keeps the temperatures moderated in the spring and fall. Many people feel that the best fruit in the world is grown in northwestern Michigan.
Montmorency, the traditional cooking cherry, is pitted and frozen or canned within 24 hours of picking. Nothing tastes more homemade than a dessert with these cherries.
