Noted for their extremely thin skins and sweet, almost candy-like taste, our Spanish figs are filled by hand with a silky dark 64% Valrhona ganache flavored with Whiskey and enrobed in a thin layer of dark 54% chocolate. The Calabacita variety of fig is grown by a family owned company in "Los Llanillos" in the village of Almoharin located in the Extremadura region of Spain.

The Calabacita variety of fig is grown by a company called Ecoficus in "Los Llanillos" in the village of Almoharin, Spain.
Ecoficus is a small, family run company that grows the "calabacita" variety of fig on the southern slope of a valley range in the Extremadura region of Spain. They are firmly dedicated to the ecological stewardship of their land and only practice organic methods of farming.
Their figs themselves have an extremely thin skin and very small seeds that help make them the perfect drunken chocolate covered fig.
