Our Enchanted Trio Tower features nine chocolate cherries in which we have paired a naturally dried, deep-red tart cherry with a decadent 66% Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, spiked with a hint of brandy. We also include nine spiked apple cider inspired ganache filled apples and nine orange and white chocolate ganache filled oranges. Each unique piece is meticulously colored by hand. All three flavors, cherry, apple, and orange, come together to make one exquisitely well rounded chocolate gift- much better than a traditional basket of fruit!

Spotlight on RED APE CINNAMON

Red Ape Cinnamon sources pure ground Cassia cinnamon from Sumatra. This fragrant, sweet, organic cinnamon is sustainably harvested by Indonesian farmers from Cassia cinnamon trees that are at least 20 years old. The volatile oil (V.O.) content is much higher in older trees resulting in a higher quality cinnamon. Also, 5% of profits from sales of Red Ape cinnamon are donated to programs dedicated to the protection and restoration of orangutan (a.k.a. The Red Ape) habitat in Indonesia.
