Our new Chocolate Oranges are filled with a delicious white chocolate ganache, flavored with fresh orange juice, infused orange rind, a touch of Cointreau, and finished with specks of Tahitian vanilla bean. We love the way the flavors work in this new chocolate . . . first the refreshing taste of real orange, followed by the sweet vanilla infused milky white chocolate ganache, and finally an intense layer of 62% Valrhona dark chocolate shell. Don't even begin to think about the artificially flavored orange chocolates many of us grew up with, as these are the real deal.
Each unique piece is meticulously colored by hand and finished with a dot of dark chocolate on the top.

SPOTLIGHT ON OUR VANILLA
Singing Dog Vanilla is committed to business practices that are mindful of the environment and the well being of their Indonesian partner farmers, a group of 218 family farmers in Sumatra. A portion of all revenue is returned to the partner farmers to support their organic growing methods and to share the fruits of a successful business with their families. We use Tahitensis vanilla beans which are usually shorter, plumper, and contain a higher oil and water content than the more common Planifolia beans. The skin is thinner, they contain fewer seeds, and the aroma is fruity and floral. A direct, long-term relationship with the farmers ensures that no shortcuts are taken during the cultivation, harvesting and curing process.
