SHELF LIFE — Items containing ganache are best enjoyed within 10 days when stored at room temperature, or may be stored for up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator. Our toffee ships in a vacuum-sealed bag within the outer gift box. Unopened, it may be stored for up to 2 months at room temperature. For the best quality, toffee should be enjoyed within 5-7 days after opening. Our Fruit Squares are sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature. To ensure their quality, they are best stored wrapped in plastic and refrigerated, and can last for up to 3 months.
