This assortment of 28 handmade chocolates covers all ten of our flavors, including Bergamot, Garden Mint and Raspberry. Each ganache is flavored to perfection by Jess our head chocolatier, then cut by hand and enrobed in a thin layer of 62% dark Valrhona chocolate. The squares are then handpacked in delicate boxes that are finished with a letter-pressed card that reads "Happy Valentine's Day".
