This assortment of 15 handmade fruit squares highlights strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and apricots. The fruit puree is heated to a high temperature, sugar and pectin are added in small amounts, and the mixture is slowly cooked. The puree is then poured and cut into squares, and finally rolled in organic sugar. Lastly the squares are handpacked in delicate wood boxes that are finished with a French wired ribbon
